She is also a Trust and Estate Practitioner, registered in Canada with the London, UK-based Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Aileen has over 20 years of experience, specializing in trusts and taxation, as well as financial and estate planning. Her experience includes owner-manager taxation and planning, executive compensation and retirement plans, philanthropic giving and charitable structures, shareholder and partner buy-outs. She also has experience with estate and succession planning, including corporate reorganizations, family trusts, estates and trusts.

She has served as Vice-President of Tax and Estate Planning and Head of Wealth Planning for some of the largest Canadian private and public company independent financial services organizations.
